As a Customer Success Team Leader you will be empowering the support team on customer queries, anticipate client technical needs and plan ahead for the best technical support experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Hire, lead, mentor and train customer success team
  • Responsible to provide internal(company) and external(clients) training of company’s products
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Responsibility for key results ensuring fast and quality customer experience
  • Assist team with case escalations, and provide workflow guidance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Communicate with internal and external clients
  • Create and distribute analysis reports
  • Create and update manuals, documentation and/or Wikis
  • Potentially could be making business trips

What Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a team-leading technical support position or related
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Minimum 2 years of training experience
  • Ability to represent the client when working with developing teams
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Can work under crisis, a multitasker with great initiative
  • Strong communication and managerial skills
  • Experience using and setting up monitoring tools and ticketing systems
  • Basic Linux Administrative Skills
  • Flexible on working shifts (morning/afternoon)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
